ONE ARTIST A WEEK was launched 2017 during Documenta 14 in Athens. The residency program hosts international artists in Athens, each for for one week, offering the opportunity to develop and present a new work in a short time and an intensive process.
ONE ARTIST A WEEK questions the dynamic of quickly changing trends, topics and "fashions" in the international art world and asks how each of the participating artists responds to this development.
