FaveLAB offers accommodation and working space for artists, designers, curators and writers who wish to visit, work and do research in Athens - on a short- or a long-term basis. Below you can find our offers for living and working space in downtown Athens - for individual artists or groups up to three persons.
Please note that all our programs address art professionals - artists, designers, curators, art teachers, art managers, art venue executives, art scholars etc. - who are at least 30 years old.

ATHENS Exarchia - central 102m2 studio apartment
102m2 studio apartment in central Athens - in Exarchia, the artists and university quarter of Athens - 10 minutes walk to the heart of Athens. The studio is located in the 3rd floor of a 80's modern building - elevator available.
The studio apartment is divided in a 12m2 foyer, a 30m2 studio with excellent light conditions plus veranda, two bedrooms 15m2 each, a large kitchen with washing machine, bathroom with bathtub and WC and a separate single WC. The minimum rental period is two weeks.

ATHENS Kypseli - 52m2 central studio apartment
Two-room studio (52m2) in Kypseli neighborhood, central Athens, 3 minutes walk to bus and trolley station, and 20 minutes bus ride to Syntagma Square (eight minutes bus ride to subway station Victoria Square, 15 minutes bus ride to train and subway junction Omonoia). Commercial and artistic neighborhoods, such as Patission street or Exarcheia, are within walking distance (15-20 minutes).
The studio can accommodate one or two artists. It is in the 4th floor of a late 1960s residential building (elevator available), with bathroom, kitchen, entrance hall. The studio apartment is minimally furnished, has excellent light conditions, a narrow balcony, view to backyards.
Kypseli is a nice and upcoming neighborhood with a growing art and crafts scene, interesting Art Deco and Bauhaus buildings, restaurants, cafés and bars etc. Kypseli, a non-tourist/non gentrified neighborhood has also a very good food market and is a good choice for artists who wish to experience Greek life among locals. A mobile internet router is available.

ATHENS Kolonos - 75m2 studio and residency space close to the center
A 75m2 residency and studio space in Athens/Kolonos, a seven minutes bus ride or fifteen minutes walk to the very heart of Athens. The studio is located close to Oedipus Hill and the Academy of Plato. It also includes a 200m2 sunny terrace - a great place to work or just relax. The studio apartment can be rented by individual artists or artist groups up to three guests. The minimum rental period is two weeks.
